- OTP not received - check spam (email), verify your number, tap Resend Code. A cooldown applies after multiple attempts.
- OTP expired - codes are valid for 10 minutes. Request a new code and enter it promptly.
- Locked out - wait for the cooldown period after too many failed attempts.
If none of the above apply, try clearing your browser cache or reinstalling the app.
