You may need to restore your purchase if you’ve purchased a TOD subscription through the App Store and it's not reflected in your account. Here’s how to do that:
- Open the TOD app on your iOS device and ensure you're signed in with the Apple ID used for the subscription.
- From More menu, go to My Account and check if your active subscriptions are reflecting there.
- If it's not reflecting, then use Restore Purchases button.
- If the subscription still doesn't sync, chat with our chatbot - Sanad, to submit a support ticket. Make sure to include your Apple invoice and the email linked to your TOD subscription in the ticket details.
