You may need to restore your purchase if you’ve purchased a TOD subscription through the App Store and it's not reflected in your account. Here’s how to do that:
1. Open the TOD app on your iOS device and ensure you're signed in with the Apple ID used for the subscription.
2. If the subscription isn't showing, tap the "Subscribe" button.
3. On the subscription page, scroll to the bottom and tap "Restore Purchase."
4. If the subscription still doesn't sync, chat with our chatbot - Sanad, to submit a support ticket. Make sure to include your Apple invoice and the email linked to your TOD subscription in the ticket details.
