Can I watch on TOD without internet?
You can download TV shows and movies to your smartphone or tablet and watch without an internet connection. This feature is not available to you if you subscribed to a TOD Mobile pack; to enjoy this feature, consider upgrading your pack.
How do I download content on TOD to watch offline?
To download TOD content to your mobile device and watch it any time:
1. Launch the TOD app.
2. Choose the episode or movie you want to download.
3. Tap the Download icon .
1. Once started, you can view the progress of your download.
2. Tap the download progress icon to pause or remove the unfinished download.
4. The download completion icon displays when your download is complete.
5. To find and watch downloaded content, go to My Downloads.
- Your account can have up to 25 active downloads at one time across all authorised devices.
- You can download the same content on up to five (5) supported mobile devices with available storage space if your subscription allows registering five devices.
- If you cancel your account, all the downloaded content will be deleted from your device. You will need to download it again if you rejoin in the future.
How do I watch my downloaded content on TOD?
You can find all downloaded content by selecting My Downloads in the menu.
To play downloaded content on your device and watch offline:
· Go to My Downloads:
- Movies or sports events: Tap play on the content you want to watch.
- Episode: Tap the series, then press play on the episode you want to watch.
· Downloaded content is available for up to 30 days.
· Once you start watching the downloaded content, you have 48 hours until it expires.
· Once it expires, you can renew or delete the downloaded content.
How do I delete downloaded content?
To delete downloaded content from your device:
1. Go to My Downloads.
2. Tap the check icon , then select delete download.
To delete all the downloaded content:
1. Select My Downloads in the burger menu.
2. Tap the 3-dot .
3. Select Download Settings.
4. Under downloads, Tap Delete all Downloads.
How do I change the video quality?
By default, content is downloaded in standard quality.
You can select the download video quality that best fits you: standard or high.
To change the video quality for downloaded content:
1. Open the TOD app and select the burger menu.
2. Select My Downloads.
3. Tap the 3-dot .
4. Select Download Settings.
5. Select Video Quality and select either Standard or High.
How can I renew my downloads?
When a downloaded title expires, you will need to renew it before you can watch.
1. Open the TOD app.
2. Select My Downloads.
3. Tap the warning icon on your expired download and then tap Renew when online if that content is still available.
TOD content can only be downloaded two times for offline playback per account per year.
How can I download content using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi?
To download using your mobile network:
1. Open the TOD app and tap the menu
2. Select My Downloads.
3. Under Downloads, turn the switch next to Wi-Fi Only on or off.
Why can't I download TOD content?
If you have trouble downloading content from TOD:
1. Make sure you are connected to the internet and signed in.
2. Make sure your subscription is still active.
