Please ensure you are using the main or primary profile for any account-related updates.
If you subscribed via our website, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account on our website.
- Go to My Account/Account Settings.
- Navigate to Subscription, then click Switch Package.
- Choose your desired package and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase
If You Subscribed via the App Store (Apple):
Ensure you are using your iPhone with the Apple ID linked to your TOD subscription.
- Sign in to the TOD app on your iOS device.
- Go to My Account.
- Navigate to Subscription, then tap Switch Package.
- You'll be directed to TOD subscription under in your Apple ID settings. Go to See All Plans to upgrade/downgrade to the desired package.
If You Subscribed via the Google Play Store:
Ensure you are using your Android device with the Google Play account linked to your TOD subscription.
- Sign in to the TOD app on your Android device.
- Go to My Account.
- Navigate to Subscription, then tap Switch Package.
- Choose your desired package and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
The cost would be based on the difference between your current package and the price of the new package.
When you upgrade, we will immediately charge you the total price of your new package, and your billing date will change to the upgrade date. We will calculate how many days of your original package you didn’t use and refund you that amount. You will be able to watch all the content for your new package immediately.
When you downgrade, we won’t make that change until the end of your current billing period ends. At that time, you will be charged the price of your downgraded package and only be able to watch the content within that package
