- Delete the app and re-install the latest version.

Android Devices:

- Go to Settings.
- Application Manager.
- TOD app.
- Click on Storage.
- Select Clear Data.
If the issue is still ongoing, please delete the TOD app and re-install the latest version on your device.

- Device Brand.
- Operating System.
- TOD app version number.
