If you're unable to remember your account details and have been locked out, it's advised to reset your password instead of making multiple unsuccessful login attempts.
My Zain Username/Password is Not Working
Since your username and password are generated by Zain, please contact the Zain Customer Care team directly to obtain the correct login credentials.
Signing in to the Account with Zain
- Credentials: Make sure you have received all the necessary information for login.
- Case Sensitivity: Passwords are case-sensitive, so please verify that you are entering all characters correctly.
Streaming and Content
Watching on Multiple Devices
Make sure you don't have a VPN enabled. This could prevent you from activating vouchers or streaming content.
Note: Remember that vouchers are case-sensitive.
Can't Watch Any Content?
- Active Subscription: Check your "My Account" page to ensure your subscription is active.
- Content: Verify you're attempting to view content covered by your subscription. Check if you see a 'Watch' or 'Subscribe' button.
- Different Devices: Try streaming on various devices to see if the issue persists.
- Network Issues: Check if you're connected to WiFi or mobile data. Switching between the two might solve the problem.
