To activate your TOD subscription:
- Please visit the Ana Vodafone App http://vf.eg/redentertainment
- Follow the activation steps.
Make sure they do not have a VPN enabled. This will block them from activating vouchers or streaming content.
Terminated Vodafone Egypt Subscription
Please note that the subscription gets terminated by Vodafone every 30 days, so you have to follow the same steps every month to ensure your TOD subscription remains active.
Issues with subscribing through Vodafone Egypt
The activation takes place on Vodafone App and it has to be completed on the App until you get a subscription activation SMS.
If you face any issues in the journey on the Ana Vodafone App, you need to contact Vodafone customer care directly.
My Vodafone subscription is not working with phone number 01021119798
Please make sure to add +2 followed by your mobile number while entering your username and make sure you are not using VPN while using TOD as it restricts the use of TOD.
Sign in issues
Make sure you are using the credentials used the first time you created an account on TOD and the country code +2 is added before the phone number.
Passwords are case sensitive so make sure the customer is correctly inputting all the characters.
