If you're still unable to access your account, you can follow the below steps:
Website:
- Please ensure you access your account from the browser you used to register your device.
- Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser, then choose History (or press Ctrl + H) on the keyboard.
- Open the history page.
- Click on Clear browsing data.
- Select Clear browsing data and choose from (last hour to all-time).
- Select Cached images and files and cookies, and other sites' Data.
- Click Clear Data.
- Once finished, close the browser and try again.
iOS Devices:
- Delete the app and re-install the latest version.
- If the issue is still ongoing, update the iOS version of your phone to the newest version.
Android Devices:
- Close all the background applications.
- Go to Settings.
- Application Manager.
- TOD app.
- Click on Storage.
- Select Clear Data.
If the issue is still ongoing, please delete the TOD app and re-install the latest version on your device.
