Ensure your internet speed is at least 10Mbps (the minimum required speed to ensure the content playback with the required quality).
For iOS Devices:
- Delete the app and re-install the latest version.
- If the issue is still ongoing, update the iOS version of your phone to the newest version.
For Android Devices:
- Close all the background applications.
- Go to Settings.
- Application Manager.
- TOD app.
- Click on Storage.
- Select Clear Data.
If the issue is still ongoing, you can try the following:
- On your device, press and hold on to the TOD app icon.
- Next, press the button. Finally, press the Force stop button.
Alternatively, you can delete the TOD app and re-install the latest version on your device.
