How to Add, Reset, or Remove a Profile PIN?

A Profile PIN helps you restrict access to a specific profile, ensuring children only watch age-appropriate content.

Adding a Profile PIN

1. Sign in to your account and go to Switch Profile / Who is Watching?
2. Click + button to add a new profile or edit an existing one.
3. Set the Profile Type to Restricted.
4. Enter your desired Profile PIN.
5. Click Continue to save your settings.

Resetting a Profile PIN

1. On the Who is Watching? screen, select the restricted profile where you want to reset the PIN.
2. Click Forgot PIN.
3. Enter a new Profile PIN on the next screen.
4. Confirm the change by entering your account password.

Removing a Profile PIN

1. Sign in and go to Switch Profile / Who is Watching?
2. Edit the restricted profile from which you want to remove the PIN.
3. Change the Profile Type from Restricted to Standard.
