How do I add, reset, or remove a profile PIN?

You can manage your profile PIN from My Account if you are using the app, or Account Settings if you are on the website.

Adding a Profile PIN

1. Sign in to your account and go to Switch Profile / Who is Watching?
2. Click Edit Profiles
3. Click + button to add a new profile or edit an existing one.
4. Set the Profile Type to either with or without pin.
5. If with pin, enter your desired Profile PIN.
6. Click Continue to save your settings.

Resetting a Profile PIN

1. On the Who is Watching? screen, select the restricted profile where you want to reset the PIN.
2. Click Edit Profiles
3. Click Forgot PIN.
4. Enter a new Profile PIN on the next screen.
5. Confirm the change by entering your account password.

Removing a Profile PIN

1. Sign in and go to Switch Profile / Who is Watching?
2. Click Edit Profiles
3. Edit the restricted profile from which you want to remove the PIN.
4. Change the Profile Type from Restricted to Standard.
