How can I add, reset and remove a profile PIN on my account?

To restrict access to a specific profile on your account, you can protect it with a profile lock PIN. This also ensures your children are watching content suitable for their age and that your content is privately secured. To create a PIN, visit:

1. My Account.
2. From Account Details > Create PIN.
3. Enter your password to confirm the new PIN.

Once a PIN code is created, it cannot be removed. However, you can still reset it. To do so, visit:

1. My Account > Reset PIN.
2. From Account Details > Reset PIN.
3. Select a new PIN
4. Enter your password to confirm the new PIN.
