I’ve exceeded the maximum number of devices. What can I do?

You may manage your active devices by following the steps outlined below.

1. Navigate to My Account if you are using the app, or Account Settings if you are on the website.
2. Go to Device Management. 
3. Remove a device to free up a slot, or stop playback on another device.
